RENTING PROCESS
Book online
Choose your home and secure your dates. At checkout you can pay in full or pay a booking fee (recommended 20–30%). You’ll get instant confirmation by email/WhatsApp.
Before You Fly
Share your flight details so we can plan check-in. If you only paid the booking fee, the balance is due at arrival. You can also add airport transfer at this stage.
Arrival & check-in
Meet our host at the property (or use self check-in where available). You’ll pay the security deposit (e.g., €300/£300) and any remaining balance. We hand over keys, do a quick walkthrough, and note meter readings if applicable.
Enjoy your stay
We’re a WhatsApp message away for anything you need—restaurant tips, car hire, mid-stay cleaning, baby cots, and more.
Check-out & deposit return
After a quick inspection, your deposit is returned the same day via the same method you paid (or cash). If utilities are metered, any extras are settled from the deposit and the remainder is refunded.
